How do I register my school on the platform?

Visit https://www.awajimaaschools.com and click 'Get Started'. Complete the school registration form with your institution's details. Once verified, your school administrator will receive login credentials via email.

Is there a free trial available?

Yes, we offer a trial period for new schools. Contact our support team at support@awajimaa.com to learn more about trial options tailored to your school's size.

How do I add students to the platform?

After logging in as a school administrator, navigate to the Admissions section. You can add students individually or use the bulk upload feature to import multiple students at once via a CSV file.

How are fees collected through the platform?

Awajimaa Schools supports fee payments via Paystack (card, bank transfer, USSD) and Stripe. Parents and guardians receive payment links and can pay securely online. Receipts are automatically issued upon successful payment.

Can parents track their child's attendance and grades?

Yes. Parents and guardians have a dedicated portal where they can view attendance records, academic results, report cards, fee payment history, and school announcements.

How do teachers take attendance?

Teachers log in to their dashboard and navigate to the Attendance section. They can mark students present, absent, or late for each class period. Attendance records are stored and visible to administrators and parents.

What happens if I forget my password?

Click 'Forgot Password' on the login page and enter your registered email address. A password reset link will be sent to your inbox. If you don't receive it, check your spam folder or contact support@awajimaa.com.

How do I generate report cards?

School administrators and class teachers can generate and download report cards from the Reports section. Results are compiled from scores entered by subject teachers across all terms.

Is student data secure?

Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We follow industry-standard security practices and comply with applicable data protection regulations to safeguard student and staff information.

Can I manage multiple school branches?

Yes, Awajimaa Schools supports multi-branch management. A central administrator can oversee all branches, while each branch retains its own independent data and staff access.
